Cape Town (South Africa) – Johannesburg’s Pupanga Tresor has been forced to withdraw from his EFC 36 bout with Cameron Pritchard in December. His management team has cited reasons being that he is busy with issues with the Department of Home Affairs RSA.
“I am disappointed that Pupanga failed to inform us that he would not be able to compete in December prior to agreeing to the fight,” stated EFC Matchmaker Graeme Cartmell. “Thank goodness Pietie Coxen was ready to step in and replace Pupanga.”
Pietie ‘Thunder’ Coxen has stepped in as a replacement to face Pritchard. Coxen is a knockout of the night winner when he caught Steve Momah with a massive right hand at EFC 24. This will be a step up in weight category for Coxen, having stated having issues with the weight cut in previous bouts.
