Cape Town, South Africa – The official EFC 55 Media Day takes place outside the Market Hall, GrandWest on Saturday 5 November at 12:00. Open to all members of the press for exclusive interviews and free for all fans to meet their favourite athletes ahead of the massive EFC 55 event featuring some of the biggest fights in history!

Ahead of the main event fight, see the most dominant athlete in the organisation, reigning bantamweight champion Demarte Pena stand face-to- face with his biggest rival yet, the interim bantamweight champion Irshaad Sayed. Plus, meet USA’s Dave Mazany and Cape Town’s Don Madge. The lightweight champion returns to South African shores to defend his title against the Mother City favourite.

Fans in attendance have the opportunity to take part in live media action, and the ones who capture the best athlete face-offs and other great photos from the day and upload them to the EFC social media pages stand a chance of winning tickets to the event.
