Fight preparation?

I train twice a day, morning and evening. I keep relaxed and I structure my diet to keep my weight on track. I do not sleep with my wife during periods of preparation and don’t touch any alcohol.

When & why did you start martial arts training?

I started training in 2009 to help me develop more self-control and be more consistent in my actions. In Congo I did boxing and judo. After arriving in South Africa I continued training. My manager saw that I know judo and boxing and advised me to try MMA.

What ranks & titles have you held?

I’m a professional MMA fighter but I have not yet had any titles.

Stand-up

What other interesting information can you tell us about yourself?

I’m a nice guy. I love everybody, I love fashion and dressing up, I love good music, I love God, my parents and I have a big heart.
