Exhibition Fight History
6 days a week, normally between 1 – 2 hours per session. Every training session differs and is a combination of stand up and groundwork.
When & why did you start martial arts training?
I started doing kickboxing when I was 13 years old. Myself and a few of my friends at the time thought it would be fun. There is no other specific reason why I started.
How did you transition into MMA?
My elder brother took me to watch a ‘No rules’ fighting tournament here in Durban. He was training with Rhyne Hassan (Gorgeous Boyz Hardcore) at the time and I told him I wanted to do no rules fighting. He then introduced me to Rhyne Hassan when I was 15 years old. Rhyne agreed to train me in mama and I haven’t looked back since then. Rhyne is my current coach and has taught me everything I know today.
I don’t have a particular technique that I favour. However I do enjoy Ground and Pound.
