Exhibition Fight History
I train twice a day in the week and 3-4 times a day over weekends. Morning training consists of cardio/strength and in the afternoon after work I train kickboxing, Judo and Jits on separate nights. Ending each session off with MMA sparring and fight training. On weekends I train as many times as my body allows me to. My training partners are awesome guys and work with me as often as they can, always making time, even if they work in shifts to come keep me busy.
How did you get your fight name?
I do not have an official fight name. But my friends and training partners call me PAPA.
When & why did you strat fighting?
I met my coach and best friend (Johan Duckworth) 10 years ago after matric, at a boat shop I was working at while I was studying. I sold him a boat and we started talking and the subject of fighting came up.
- Lost his debut to Liam Cleland
- Stepped in for SMith against McLellan and lost, he was the non title fight headline
- He out struck kickboxer Motuang for the win
