Fighters Biography
When & why did you start martial arts training?
April 2011, my friend Ricardo invited me to join his new gym and try some grappling or functional training to stay fit.
How did you transition to MMA?
I loved BJJ and grappling but I really enjoyed striking lessons as well, so after winning a couple of national grappling tournaments, I decided to try some amateur MMA. I won my first competition by TKO in 30 seconds. So I decided to keep training and compete.
What ranks & titles have you held?
5X National Grappling Champion, 2X BJJ National Champion, 3X National MMA Champion, 2014 Gold at Grappler’s Quest, 2014 Bronze IMMAF Medalist, and 2015 Gold IMMAF Medalist.
