I train with the best to be the best. Physically I’m one of the hardest workers I know; mentally, focus is what I’m all about just before the fight.
When and why did you start training for fighting?
Got into cage fighting a couple of years ago as a way to improve my fitness for rugby, then BANG, I’m hooked!
Favourite technique:
Name your submission hold… and high kicks.
Other interesting information?
I am very outgoing and love life, friendly and always joking around. I’ll always fight with a beard and shave it off directly after, so if you look twice because it’s gone, don’t worry it’s me.
