Exhibition Fight History
K1 & MMA
I run mornings and try to put in at least 4 hours of training every day comprising of Boxing, K1, Wrestling, BJJ and MMA. I train with an awesome team- We have 12 pros and 45 amateur fighters all competing for the top spot in the gym, which keeps me on my toes.
When & Why did you start fighting?
I started kickboxing 10 years ago and I have been doing MMA for five years. I love the sport and the healthy clean way of life.
Transition to MMA
It was a natural progression. Panther is an MMA gym so I automatically started doing MMA when I joined them five years ago.
Tell us about your most memorable fight.
MY CFL title fight against Mike de Bruyn. It was a great feeling winning the belt, my next goal is work towards the EFC belt, I have come very close once already
