When & why did you start martial arts training?
I began in 2014. I used to get into a lot of field fights in Rugby, so the progression was quite natural.
Who is your hero and why?
Cain Valesquez, his work rate and cardio are unparalleled.
What is your favourite technique?
A straight right to the jaw. It is beautiful.

I love being outdoors and dream of being a professional poker player..
