What do you do for fight preparation?

When & why did you start fighting?
I started almost 8 years ago in an attempt to lose weight as I was extremely overweight.

I was fortunate enough to start training in MMA from the word go.
How did you get your fight name?
I had seen a game called The Ginger Ninja and I was joking around with my team saying the game was based on me and it just stuck.
