Fighters Biography
Fight preparation?
I train twice a day, morning and evening. I keep relaxed and I structure my diet to keep my weight on track. I do not sleep with my wife during periods of preparation and don’t touch any alcohol.
When & why did you start martial arts training?
Started Karate at 13yrs old. I wanted to be the guy that kicks ass and I hated bullies.
How did you transition to MMA?
It is an exciting challenge from Thai Boxing.

4 times SA Amateru Muay Thai Champion
