Fighters Biography
Fight Preperation
I start a fight camp 6 weeks prior to my fight where I do 3 – 4 sessions a day starting with either sparring, wrestling or Jiu Jitsu, then off to strength and conditioning or cardio which consists of hill sprints and interval training. After a two hour break, I then do approximately an hour of Jiu Jitsu and thereafter participate in the MMA classes.
When & why did you start fighting?
I started training December 2010 after watching EFC on TV. I thought it looked really cool and thought it would be fun to do. Four years down the line it is now my passion.
Transition into MMA
Started in MMA and BJJ was the base of the gym I fought out of.
