What do you do for fight preperation?

Spend my days in the gym…working hard, learning and keeping an open mind.

When & why did you start fighting?

I started training because I’ve always enjoyed fighting and I wanted to be able to defend myself.

How did you transition into MMA?

I think it is the best most effective form of combat and I wanted to be the best fighter I can be.

How did you get your fight name?

I once won a fight via 3 second headkick and the Irish Media started calling me The Showstopper.

What is your favoured technique?

I embrace all techniques in martial arts…. There is no wrong way, just different ways.
