Fighters Biography
Fight preparation?
We vary between styles with: 3 sessions a day on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 2 sessions on Tuesdays and Thursday and Some cardio on Saturdays to loosen up and Sunday I rest.
When & why did you start martial arts training?
I turned pro in 2006, I fought Brendan Dean. I beat him in less than 3 minutes and I was hooked. I like training martial arts because every day I can learn something new, there is no limit to your growth.
What ranks and titles have you held?
When I was about 19 I had one amateur boxing fight. I’m sure I was winning but my dad and brother started a fight outside and I never got to hear what the result was. After that I moved to wrestling, where I got Sedibeng colours and came second at the national championship. After that I moved to pro wrestling for six months but couldn’t handle having to Loss to guys in scripted fights.
