With just a month to go, EFC Bantamweight Champion Nicholas Hwende remains hard at training, fuelled by the burning desire to step back into the Hex whilst challenger, Nkazimulo Zulu, settles into his new home at Team CIT. The dominant team serves as the training ground for JT ‘Blade’ Botha, who is ready to make his long-awaited return to the cage. EFC’s latest Senegalese import, Adama ‘Blindé’ Diop touches down in the country and makes himself at home at The Capital. Rob ‘The Black Tiger’ Simbowe tops off his workout with a coffee run.
