Johannesburg (South Africa) – EFC AFRICA middleweight champion Jeremy ‘Pitbull’ Smith and challenger Garreth ‘Soldierboy’ McLellan faced off for the first time since EFC AFRICA 12 this morning.

In an exclusive SuperSport Blitz interview the champion and challenger spoke about the amount of development they’ve been through in the 20 months since these they last fought, and what each can expect on fight night.

“This belt doesn’t define me,” said the Pitbull in a bold statement, “I define the belt.”

“I’m on a whole new level since we last fought,” said McLellan. “Fight night is going to be explosive.”
