I Can’t Wait To Fight You

‘King’ Leo Gloss on world champ Sayed

Johannesburg (South Africa) – Johannesburg legend ‘King’ Leo Gloss returns to the Hexagon for a massive bout when he faces Muay Thai world champion and Chinese MMA champion Irshaad ‘White Tiger’ Sayed on Thursday, March 27.

“It’s an honour to fight someone like him,” said Gloss. “He’s got a lot of top level international experience, which is great for me. I want to fight the best.”

Gloss is one of Africa’s most beloved MMA athletes, having first competed in the EFC AFRICA Hexagon at EFC AFRICA 02. Gloss is an infinitely tough and perennially dangerous customer, boasting a boxing speed and technique few can match.

“I’ve purposely not watched too much footage on him,” said Gloss. “I know his pedigree, I know what kind of fighter he is. I’m expecting the unexpected.”

“I love to fight,” added Gloss. “It’s my goal to make the fight of the night, always. I can’t wait to get in there with him.”

Gloss took time to send Sayed a short welcoming video, available here:
