Johannesburg (South Africa) – December 11 will see the return of two EFC veterans back in the Hexagon. In a must win at all costs battle for both athletes, Koba ‘Turbo’ Iakobidze will face off against Ashley Calvert.

Iakobidze is exceptional boxer from Georgia with a professional MMA record of 1-4. His last fight was a loss to Francois Groenewald via a rear naked choke. He has since changed his team and been back at the gym refining his ground skills to match his decorated boxing skills.

Ashley Calvert comes from a similar slump of losses with a professional MMA record of 0-5. His last fight at EFC 14 was against former lightweight contender Alex Cheboub via a keylock in round two. Calvert has always shown an impressive skill set but always fallen short on the night.

This is a must win situation for both athletes, but who will step up to the moment and claim it?
