Exhibition Fight History
What do you do for fight preparation?
I start by working strength and conditioning and cardio training in the morning, followed by either BJJ or boxing depending on the day. Then in the evening it’s wrestling/clinch and Muay Thai, and, depending on the day, grappling or boxing. This preparation takes me to Saturday morning. Saturday is sparring day.
When and why did you start martial arts training?
I started martial arts when I was about eight years old. I don’t really remember why. I did Tae Kwon Do and found it boring.
How did you transition to MMA?
When I was a kid I had the dream of being a pro wrestler but I didn’t have an avenue to train for it until one day after a Muay Thai class I saw a submission wrestling class being taught by Brad Bloch. I joined, got my ass handed to me and never looked back. I’ve been doing MMA ever since.
